I am delighted to leave this well deserved review not only does my Harley look completely gorgoues he was amazingly calm and well behaved with Alex and his colleague, have never had him so thoroughly and well groomed. I can and will highly recommend. customer service and the premises were excellent too and makes life easier with their Sunday opening times having to work Monday-Saturday. we will be back and book into the day care programme too. thank you from both Harley and I.

My 5 year old maltipoo has been groomed by Pawfect Cuts since he was a puppy.  He loves visiting the salon and as a result he is patient and well behaved when being groomed and he loves all the staff. The staff at Pawfect Cuts are out and out animal lovers. I have never encountered an unhappy dog on any of my visits and the dogs never seem to be in a rush to leave. I am regularly asked where I go to get my dog clipped and groomed as other dog owners often admire the cut. I think it is important for new customers to have realistic expectations especially if the dog has not been groomed before or if the coat is out of condition or matted. In the same way that it would take a hairdresser to get a new customers haircut and condition exactly right, it can take a couple of visits before the dogs coat looks and feels exactly as you want it to. The staff are extremely professional and are expert in their craft and they are very happy to spend time consulting with an owner to find out what is required. I have always been very happy with the service provided and my dog is always pleased to visit the salon.

We love Pawfect Cuts Day Care!! And importantly our dog does!! Our dog's enthusiasm to go to Day Care just says it all ( usually licking Alex’s face!)!
We couldn't have found better Dog Carers as they tick all the boxes of what you look for when trying to find the right dog set up for your dog.
They treat your dog like their own ( they have dogs themselves that are part of the doggy care pack), they are professional ( they take dog care seriously, e.g making sure your dog is safe, stimulated, reassured & happy, amongst other things!), they provide photos & videos throughout the day of your dog's day & they are warm, genuine people that are a pleasure to communicate with & talk over any aspect of your dog's care.
Yes, they are that good & my husband & I more than happily recommend them. Our dog is our child & it's like finding a babysitter that you totally trust in every way.

I've been taking my dog Lola to Pawfect Cuts for the passed 5 years and I can't recommend it enough. Always feel so welcome when we visit and Lola loves going there. Alessandro makes her feel very at ease and comfortable, she specially enjoys all the kisses & cuddles she's gets. The establishment is very clean and tidy and you can also see your dog getting groomed which is fantastic. I couldn't recommended this place enough!! Best groomers in Cheshunt!! I have a beautiful Cockapoo, called Marley. I have been to many dog grooming salons in the area and have never walked away satisfied until I came to Pawfect Cuts.
The customer service was excellent and couldn't be faulted. Marley came away looking immaculately groomed and smelling amazing! 
Before I left, I booked Marley in again for 2 months time. 
The prices are very reasonably and affordable.   Alessandro, the owner, also sells dog related products. I purchased the dog perfume which smells divine!
