Becouse the people are lovley an thay care for the animals  with great care

Absolutely disgusting service!!
Been here twice and first time was a breeze!
Second time was a nightmare! Was advised a cost before i dropped the cats off which was £70 also i had to leave special food for my cat as he is very unwell and old.
We tried calling all week no answer, when we collected our cats this morning we was advised it would cost us £100!!! I disputed this which made Maxine very irritated a rude, she ending up saying just pick up your f**king cats... when we arrived i noticed both my cats in one small cage, when i offered the money they snatched it and said dont you ever come back. 
I then saw that my cats special food was never used so now my cat is severly sick. 

To top it off my dear mum brought them a gift from our travels and the woman looking after the cats through it at my mums face and told her to piss off 😞

My mum has mental health issues and this has caused so much stress for her and my cats. They are sick, unwell and now skinny. Meaning vet bills galore!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Used the kennels for my dogs for many years and recently left my cat and 2 kittens whilst on our holiday, staff are polite and friendly and the animals are well looked after, one happy customer, would recommend highly

Had the dogs in for a week in June, thought everyone was very helpful and it was a very fair price. Would definatly use again
