Great store - being a first time pet owner - 2 lovely kittens - all help is gratefully received. I switched on their advice to Cannagan wet food and you couldn't find two happier cats! Even though I have to visit weekly for the food, it's not a chore. Would much rather buy for my darlings than the family food shop! Nice bright shop and really friendly staff. Started going to the Van Hague's store, which is also fabulous, but this one is much easier as you can park right outside.

Rather knowledgeable staff. Really helped me when my dog wouldn't stop chewing and advised some good dog chews and toys to keep him occupied as i was at my wits end with him chewing all my stuff especially my sofa. Now i can go out for a good few hours without worrying i'm going to come home to a destroyed house. Would really recommend the store! They're just so welcoming and helpful.

A nice, bright store with a good selection of foods, bedding and accessories. Prices are average to high. The staff are friendly and reasonably knowledgeable, and you're welcome to bring your dog in for a treat while browsing. Their website is fairly comprehensive and easy to navigate, with a useful petopedia section.

Superb store, everything you could want for your pet and more. Beautifully clean and well laid out. The staff are brilliant, helpful, so animal friendly and customer focused. The best pet store in Enfield.
