I returned a pair of shoes - the returns policy is clumsy and awkward if you are returning more than 14 days after purchase, even unworn, but particularly the assistant was politely terse and came across as very unhappy with arranging the exchange and somewhat superior in attitude. I would not recommend this shop and will not be shopping there in future.

Not impressed with one of the assistants, the elderly lady with the thinning black hair, very rude and couldn't wait to tell us the shop closed at 5.30 and she was only paid until 5.30....well so sorry it was 10 minutes before the store closed, we made our purchase and left at 5.29, miserable and hard faced, vile
