James Clark Spot On. Very Rude unless you get the young lad. Even then,if they get your order wrong they don't seem t be bothered that much. Placed an order with them and needed them to check it was the correct part before travelling to collect. You would have thought someone was asking for the crown jewels. Rude and offensive.  After spending quite a lot of money with this company over the years i can assure you i will not be going back. Even the Manager could not be bothered to come to the phone. There are better companies out there that will at least smile when they are taking money off you. Paddocks are far better. I do wish they would offer a zero stars rating.

I don't write reviews, and will probably not do again. This company sold a Landrover with sellotape over the sensor alerting drivers to worn out break pads. Adding insult to injury this was on a car that had... "new break pads" it lead to a family on the motorway having to come to a sudden stop, with No breaks! To be fare, there is no hard evidence it was this company that attached the sellotape - but even selling a car with sellotape over the sensors suggests a neglect of care. Bad, and frankly dangerous show.

Local, good priced, and well stocked, wold have got 5 stars only the 3 older people stood behind the counter who completely ignored me for the first five minutes of my arrival. The young lad who eventually served me was pleasant and knowledgeable

Excellent customer service and good prices!! Good stock and always answer the phone unlike paddocks. 👍👍
