Need more improvement, But the croissant the mini and the normal are amazing , i tried Tuna’s sandwich but for me I didn’t like it , they need to work more on the taste The apple pie with almond wasn’t delicious at all for me, but guys you can try it maybe it will suiting you
French styled patisserie-coffee shop occupies a large footprint, a spacious interior with a panoramic view of this bustling streetscape. Outside pavement seating available. Albeit a hot Sunday afternoon, the displayed selection was largely diminished and the items chosen unlikely “just out the oven.” The beverages were adequate bettering average but not excessively so. Service was industry efficient. You’re spoilt for choice in this neck of the woods and for me the vibe and tone here miss the mark.
Having been to a few different PAUL locations over the past month I’d have to rate this one better than most. It’s less crowded which allows the service to be more attentive. The food is good if you get there earlier in the day when it’s all fresh. Coffee is very good as is the fresh squeezed orange juice. I definitely recommend this specific PAUL location.
Paul never disappoints when it comes to their array of golden crunchy pastries, especially my favourite palmiers. This time I decided to try a hot chocolate and WOW, it was proper thick hot chocolate with lovely flavour! So shocked. This location is quite spacious and there are a few electrical sockets around if like me, you're constantly running out of battery.
Nice location Nice coffee Internet service sometimes weak Need to improveFood: 5/5
The location is great for this cafe. We tried the croissant and coffee. Food was alright, but I don't know if it is me or why the temperature of the coffee overall, even if it is Costa or Starbucks, is luke warm, and frankly, I don't like that. Coffee is supposed to be hot. Cafe is located on a very busy road, so to find parking in the side streets will be a performance. Overall, the vibe was ok.
Good cafe offering good quality pastries and drinks and basic snacks. Service was a little slow despite not being busy but otherwise ok.Food: 3/5
Bought two deserts, one sandwich and two teas. Food is nice as always. Service is friendly but it can be bit more professional. It should have been more cleaner: crumbs under the tables. Parking: Blue Badge:There is a 2 hours parking on Seymour street. 1 minute walk. The Road and the pavement are fairly flat easier for manual wheelchair users. Wheelchair accessibility: Manual doors but flat, wide entrance. It has wheelchair accessible toilet but it is very high. And there are high and low tables. The cashier is low but card reader is high. Card only. It is wide enough to get around easily with large, long wheelchair. There is a parking space for blue badge holders.
Food was great - croissant was airy and crispy, hot chocolate was thick and indulgent. However, service didn’t match. The staff kept asking us to repeat what we wanted. They also spilt some of the drinks into the saucer before we picked it up. Furthermore, cleanliness is an issue. Cutlery were dirty that we had to just wipe it ourselves.
Great! Best value in the area for a freshly toasted baguette sarnie & drink which can include smoothie or coffee for £6! Spacious and the music isnt too loud or rubbish.. Better food, value and ambience than Pret or the other rip off chains xFood: 4/5
