Everyone is very lovely and they made the process of moving very easy, Paul and Vanessa are everything you want from an agent. Responsive, fair and a pleasure to deal with. They made matters run very smoothly, always finding solutions to any issues and keeping me informed at every stage. I personally think they are the best agency in Wycombe!
Paul was very helpful, highly responsive and did put in the tenants interests ahead as well. We felt welcomed with the service and with minimum hassle we got the house. Excellent service and very different than usual housing agencies. Will recommend 100%.
Paul and his team assisted me through all the steps in the letting process. As it was my first time renting a property in the UK apart from student accommodation, I found their effords very helpful. Definitely the best service I have ever had from a letting agency.
It was a very smooth transactions with them. Paul himself is very much on hand on handling future tenants like us. It is indeed a pleasure dealing with them. Everything was settled, all you just need is to move in. And at all times they can be of reach if you need anything.

Paul has provided us with amazing service since we have moved into our new home. He’s always available to help - the first sign of an issue is sorted straight away!
Paul came highly recommended to me as a first time landlord, I was not disappointed. He met met at the property on short notice, speaks to you like a person instead of a cash cow, was very friendly and helpful explaining everything, bearing in mind I knew very little. Very professional, communicative I was informed of every development and requirement during tenancy setup and answered any further questions I had, promptly, along the way. Paul and his team have probably the most amazing people we have encounter for a long time. They have been so accommodating from day 1 when they made an exception and allowed us to rent one of their property with our 2 dogs. From there we purchase our house a year later and complications lead us to request an extension of stay, thanks to Paul we were allowed to stay and renew on a monthly basis for as long as needed. When it was time to leave and found ourselves without a home due to delays on sellers side, Paul again helped us and managed to allow us to stay a bit longer until our house got sorted. An incredible agency to be with, a group of people that actually listen and are kind. Would definitely recommend. Arnaud and Victoria
Paul Kingham Residential Lettings is an amazing company to deal with. They were very professional, caring and always responded quickly to our queries. The staff had the human touch, which is so lacking in many businesses today. I dealt with Paul and Fiona who were excellent and I would highly recommend this company to everyone and will certainly use them again. If I could give 100 stars I would.
