We used Northwood to rent a property and eventually sell a property.
Firstly I think to give them 5* is a bit of an understatement the team in this estate agent went over and beyond for us.  We are very grateful for all the effort and extra effort  on our behalf from the whole team but mainly Mark and Anne.

I would highly recommend them.

Northwood High Wycombe have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Both as a landlord and property vendor.  

It is breath of fresh air to finally meet Estate agents who are honest and professional!  I have worked with the family team for over 4 years; in particular Mark and Anne; letting a property and then selling two properties with the help of their expertise. 

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have let my property through Northwoods for some 10 years and have always found them exceptionally professional and attentive to all my requirements. I have always chosen their managed guaranteed contract since have do not have the time to address all the ongoing issues myself, they are continually up to date with all legislation and i am notified of my obligations. Ongoing necessary remedial works are promptly notified in conjunction with all associated costings for me to consider. I personally would not trust any one else with my property!

Never seen such unprofessinal people!! I made my flat a lovely and enjoyable place to live in, but every single time I had to deal with the agency for a reason or another it was a nightmare! They find every single way to take money from you, you have to fight with them for every single thing! They’re not helpful at all, they don’t make effort, they don’t listen and don’t understand anything, they just don’t care! Even when it comes to the refund of your deposit!! Don’t even waste time and energy with this agency! Federica

I would recommend Northwood High Wycombe to all Landlords, especially new ones.. Very honest and reliable. A great team.
