Masses of stock but not enough of anything in the books I needed. Plenty of stationery but poorly laid out so I had to tour the whole shop to find what I was after. Staff member very helpful, managed to avoid the ridiculous self-service tills!
I love the variety of items. Great selection of greetings cards. Books on many different topics from travel guides to reference and fiction. Stationary for home and office. Good very good.
A typical example of this chain store. Staff are always helpful which is good as I do find it difficult at times to find the things I was. It's a shame that Wycombe High Street looks so tired now as that must contribute to this store being very quiet.
The only member of staff I could see was slumped on a chair behind the till with her chin resting on her hand. When asked where the Blu Tac was, she responded by saying she didn't know but it might be in the middle over there somewhere. Great service? Not! The range of products is what you'd expect from WHS. There's also the usual amount of clutter / mobile display units which makes it difficult to wander around.
The magazine is required which was for crafts was on the highest shelf. On speaking to a member of staff they said it was the new layout. Given that predominantly this kind of magazine is aimed at women it should be more accessible
Not what I am used to growing up a 60s child in town. Smith's used to be the first stop for me. It's got smaller and more basic these days, and a Post Office takes up a big section of the shop
I'm odd and like browsing stationary. Nothing better than going to this whsmith and looking through all the pens on offer. Ooh. Large range of rhodia notebooks on sale. Double ooh.
It's a good place to get office supplies. I think it could do with being refurbished though as it feel a little dark and dreary.
Many people go in the WHSmith look round for children book like home word and reading book ..best for children's like buy book
Was a little shocked about a magazine I found in there over rememberance weekend....otherwise great store
