The staff here are impossible to order from! and constantly get the wrong order. It took about 30 seconds to explain a OAT milk Mocha. And then they gave us one croissant instead of the two we ordered. Again Paul terrible customer service, invest in training your staff better.

Lovely place for a pit stop. The hot chocolate is gorgeously luxurious.

Why did you let a group of people walk in with NO FACE MASKS? They asked you if you had spare masks and then laughingly took them and half put them on. Outrageous.

The best branch of PAUL in London for ambience, location and of course, great pastries and bread.

Great food, but the service is rough and the eat-in fare is a little high.

Good variety of quality bakery products. Especially like the quiches to supplement the baked goods.
