Hi Andrew Just a quick word of thanks , not only for your phone call, but also for all your help along the way. Your helpfulness and understanding was very much appreciated and your knowledge of the process and understanding of the individual parties circumstances was very reassuring to a 'beginner' like me. I recently completed the purchase of a property in Leatherhead which was marketed by Patrick Gardner. I found everyone that I dealt with at the company to be very professional & courteous with all of my enquiries being answered fully and in a timely way. Most of my transaction was dealt with by Ed Macfarlane who I found to be very relaxed and affable throughout all stages and during all discussions, making the whole process an enjoyable one. I echo an earlier reviewer in saying that Ed is not pushy and seems able to give you all the time you need. He is a real asset to the company. Should I ever wish to dispose of the property in future I will be giving Patrick Gardner first consideration. My thanks to Ed and to all the PG team.

My dealings with Patrick Gardner as a company but more importantly with ED MACFARLANE as an agent have been smooth, professional and complete. Ed was professional and very patient, showing me many properties that were within my guidelines - never pushy, but patient and informative, polite, always on time to meet me and never in a rush. I returned to view my favourite property several times and he was always happy to arrange this and accompany me there. Once I decided on the property he helped as a middle man between myself and the sellers and myself and the solicitors, always at the end of an email or phone to answer a query. When I collected my keys from the Leatherhead branch there was a wonderful bouquet of flowers for me from the PG team which was a lovely surprise. Even after completion Ed is still helping me with teething problems. I would definitely recommend the estate agents.

We rented through Patrick Gardner for 3.5 years and found them to be professional, knowlegeable and attentive at all times, dealing with queries and requests promptly.
