We have collected the keys to our new rented property today, I couldn’t be happier! The whole team at Leaders are very helpful and made this process really smooth. Becky was our main contact and was an absolute angel! She made sure everyone was kept informed at all times and sorted out everything very quickly. I have found the staff at the Leaders office in Leatherhead exceptionally helpful and quick to act on any queries I have had. Exceptional service from Becky. Becky has gone out of her way to take regular water headings for me which has been very helpful. Always polite, courteous and helpful Overall friendly and professional.
Becky has been superb. She has gone above and beyond in looking after us. She has excellent knowledge and gives excellent advice for the benefit of both the tenant and owner. She is also a wonderful person who you feel all the better for speaking to!

I have been a landlord client of Leaders in Leatherhead for a good number of years and in general have been happy with the quality of service. Up until now I have never felt the need to post a public review however, I feel that I must give praise where it is due and give Becky and Eloise at the Leatherhead Lettings office a special mention for their professionalism and efficiency throughout their recent help in finding a new tenant for one of our properties within a few days of presenting the vacant flat to Leaders. In particular Becky has been an absolute star, keeping us informed all along the way with nothing too much trouble for her, it is refreshing to have every promise and request carried out without any delays or excuses and without the need to chase anything up. It is a real pleasure to deal with the Leatherhead branch and I have heard similar sentiments from my other tenants. I would highly recommend Leaders of Leatherhead to Tenants and Landlords alike.
The whole team is amazing and very efficient. Always ready to help and assist with everything. I’ve mainly worked with Eloise Hicks who has been absolutely amazing in every way. Highly recommending her and her colleagues.
I have been liaising with Rebecca from Leaders in relation to our unexpected property search, due to the current landlord wanting to sell the property. Rebecca was impeccable in her customer service not only in finding us our next property, but informing us as early as possible of the unexpected changes that were coming. For us as a family this has been deeply appreciative because it speaks to not only of Rebecca's integrity as an outstanding member of Leaders, but also her dedication to a high level of customer retention in way that shows us putting the customer first, is a value Rebecca lives by. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would and she has shown herself to be an incredible professional and wonderful person overall. She is hands down THE best agent we've ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any property matters.
