We had a chat with two agents prior to the sale. Both were recommended by local friends. John was realistic with our options and was very much the gentleman, rather than the pushy salesman. He suggested two excellent tradesmen to help us prepare for the sale and I guess having a good list of potential buyers in place was able to get a good buyer around as soon as we were ready to go. He followed the sale through very closely to ensure everything went well for both us and the buyer. So, highly recommended, and our thanks to John and Amanda for a job well done.

We would highly recommend John Wadsworth Estate Agents. We received excellent service throughout both the sale of our property and the subsequent purchase of our new one. Communication throughout was faultless and the effort put in on our behalf was outstanding. John and Amanda are a very professional, friendly couple and supported us throughout the whole process, helping to make it as stress free as possible. Our thanks to you both.

John was the agent selling the property we bought. We sold our own house through a different agent, but John was the one proactively checking the progress of the chain and joining the dots between agents and solicitors. John and Amanda are very pleasant and professional to deal with - efficient, courteous and friendly.

John and Amanda handled the sale of my late mother's property in a friendly professional manner that made the process as near stress free as possible. Having researched all options before handing over the keys I can say without hesitation that John Wadsworth was simply the best by far - a genuine 5 Star service!

When selling my property, not only was John able to find a firm buyer quickly, he helped the sales process in so many ways,  from recommending tradesmen to house clearance; first rate service.
