Using Huggins and Edwards to sell our house was the best thing we did, as Angela Campbell was amazing! 
She found us serious purchasers and despite a difficult market we went under full asking price in a week. Angela’s work didn’t stop here as we had a very difficult chain and without her continuous hard work chasing solicitors and agents we firmly believe we would not have completed. Angela was very professional and knowledgeable throughout whilst remaining warm and friendly despite the pressures she was under. There are very few agents who are this honest and hard working and we would recommend her services 100%.

I have dealt with Huggins Edwards and Sharp over a number of years both on the property sales and lettings side of the business. I have found them to be exceptional in both capacities.

Angela Campbell recently helped us in the sale of our home Guildford, securing a good price in tricky market conditions. Aside for her very good knowledge and experience, Angela provided outstanding support in so many ways to make our sale process easier, even trying to assist us in our onward purchase through her market contacts. I stopped counting the number of times I used the phrase "you have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us", because she did it so regularly.

We are so grateful to Angela: not only did she help sell our property, but she made the whole process much more bearable through her tireless work and her high level of integrity throughout. Unreservedly recommend.

Ann Pelham on the lettings side has always been an excellent lettings agent and was always on hand to go the extra mile and  provide advice on issues surrounding the lettings process. I would unreservedly use Huggins on the lettings side again.

Overall, Huggins Edwards and Sharp have always provided us with a responsive, personalised service which is rare in society these days. Furthermore, they are honest and, even rarer in this day and age, they reward customers who are loyal to them. Hard work,  strong values and honesty never go out of fashion!

This company could not have been more helpful. They enabled us to view the property that we ended up buying on multiple occasions in order to let builders come in and carry out estimates. The completion was smooth and it was really great to have a greetings card and flowers! What a lovely surprise.

All I can say is wow! We purchased our property via Angela Campbell at Huggins and we received a first rate service from start to finish. We are extremely grateful to Angela for all the help and support she gave us during our first house purchase- I would highly reccomend this agent and will definitely be using them again.

I have just moved into the house I bought through Huggins & Edwards.  All the staff I dealt with were helpful and efficient, especially Angela Campbell.  Angela was friendly, informative and enthusiastic, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
