Slow and unimpressive service. I have a gift voucher for free cake and a treat and it took too long to convince the FOH that the T&Cs allow eat in (especially since I was buying drinks too), and that I'd done so numerous times. She refused to give me the third snack as part of the voucher, claiming that I had to choose one or the other and also revealing that she'd previously cheated another customer out of their entitled food. T&Cs were clear and on the back of the voucher. She reluctantly served it after I requested that she talk to her manager (which she didn't). The cakes were good but staff aren't great in this particular branch.

Great cakes and patisseries. Good coffee. But hot chocolate could have been warmer. Would go again

Excellent traditional English breakfast and tea at a fraction of the price of other local hotels. Would recommend for breakfast, a quick snack, or tea.

It is a amazing place with lots of cakes! Its products taste good and they are high quality. In addition the place has been there for a long time. So if you want a fancy cake I recommend it.
