Exceptional! Lived notes 13 years in Oxford and never had been to that placed before. Why not? It's quite hidden and never thought it could be good. Staff is super nice and portions are enormous and delicious and very reasonably priced. Would go again!

I have frequented this place almost on a daily basis and always found the female staff to be lovely however I had the horrible misfortune of meeting the manager yesterday and was treated so rudely and inhospitably that I felt strongly enough to write this review. Not only was he rude but lacked decent kindness and just natural respect for others. Safe to say due to this horrible encounter they have lost a regular customer. All I can say is I hope he treats his staff with more respect and kindness than he did me. However I doubt it!

This is my favourite cafe in Oxford. I am a visitor from Australia and I always go here for their amazing chai lattes, the food is fabulous and reasonably priced. The staff very friendly and helpful Thank you very much Sandra

Fernando's is one of Oxford's hidden gems, serving nutritious lunches and delicious cakes from an admittedly dilapidated building hidden under Carfax Tower. Don't be fooled by the slightly shambolic interior - the food more than makes up for it. The Brazilian special is often a good bet for lunch, and the creme caramel is a particular highlight.
