Had an amazing brunch; food was delicious. Upstairs is a bit cramped but the quiet spacey area downstairs was perfect to enjoy our coffee and food. Staff were friendly and very efficient.

Not good, the frozen cakes & patisserie get delivered a few times a week I wouldn’t mind so much if they tasted good but unfortunately they don’t, shame as the location is good. Disgusting bathrooms.

The toilets are absolutely filthy, the toilet roll had visible faeces on it. Smell was disgusting and the bin was uncovered. No hooks to hang bags so had to put on the disgusting floor. This cafe is disgusting compared to the wimbledon branch. Not nice as the service was so slow and unfriendly.
