Grabbed a lychee juice drink, was a good refreshing taste with a strong lychee taste and even a couple of lychees found inside. It wasn’t too sweet either, which was pleasing.
Staff are rude, which seems to be a common theme looking at other reviews. Stood there for ten minutes patiently as I know their service is quite slow normally, only for her to come to the counter, speak to people that queued up after I did, completely ignore me, make herself a coffee, and then go sit down to eat in the hall. I presume she told the others that she wasn’t working at the moment, as they walked away before she sat down. All this could’ve been avoided with a ‘be right back’ sign. Not sure if they’re racist or just genuinely rude, but it seemed quite intentional as the customers she chose to speak to were Asian. Shame really as their desserts are nice, but won’t be back.
Beware of the juices they are not what they seem. My 'juice' was full of pulp. The passion fruit part is not juice just some seeds, apparently "you can't get juice out of passion fruits" also asking for no ice results in a smaller cup. Absolutely not worth the £4.70!!
Got this interesting blue cloud drink which has butterfly pea tea and a cream cheese topping! Was very tasty and I would like to try more of the menu, staff very friendly
Light and fluffy soufle pancakes
Fruit tea seem to be on trend lately! Tried the Mixed fruit Earl Grey and it’s great! Not too sweet and strong tea flavour. Super refreshing! Best part is you can eat all the fruit at the end!
To die for dessert. Service was super slow but the pancake and ice cream made my day!
Asked for original or plain pancake, 1st they poured the cream all over the pancake. When we asked to be done again first they refused then they said will take 20mins and finally brought it as shown on the picture. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
Their Lime sparkling water was too bitter and sour. Don’t really recommend
Always check your credit card bill as they over charge you. I ordered two desserts and they charged £17.70 when it should have been £16.55. Realised way too late, so warning to others
