Coffee is always lovely here. The staff are always nice and helpful. Great place to meet up with friends.

Staff here are incredibly rude. The simple process of ordering a tea is made infinitely complicated by a million questions such as 'what type of regular tea? do you want milk with that? cream? how much milk? hot or cold?' and so on. And then, because I wasn't falling to my knees with gratitude for their service, I was scowled at and mocked when they thought I was out of earshot (I wasn't). Never coming here again!

I love caffè nero shops as the coffee tends to be if good quality. The staff is usually nice and helpful although the service can be sometimes too slow.
