Soulless with no atmosphere and disgracefully dirty toilets.  No toilet paper in stock! Surely enough of these coffee shops springing up everywhere for them to be supplying enough supplies and staff to maintain their premises!  On the other hand the turkey toasted sandwich with all the trimmings was very good.

Nice coffee shop offering the usual Costa coffee drinks and snacks. Polite helpful staff. New Costa in this area so had no WiFi yet but will have within the next week. Not too busy so good place to chill, work with your laptop and get a great coffee.

Very new Costa. Outside seating area, nice atmosphere. Staff could benefit from a little bit more training/experience to speed up transactions, otherwise an excellent place to while away a couple of hours.
