Awful - placed a large order for a birthday party, was told one item was out of stock but would all be sent normally and the out of stock item sent in a few days when due back in. All items took a week and a half to arrive (arriving day before the party and only because I chased - I think they had actually forgotten). No response to email on disappointment of how long it had taken (I had told them specially when party was and this left me night before to do party bags etc). Out of stock item no where to be seen and a shoddy, cheaper replacement was included with no mention of it and no offer of a refund for price difference. Beware that same or similar products are available elsewhere for much cheaper and better service - would never use again.

Ordered and paid for a next day delivery, 2 weeks and 2 emails later no parcel and no response. I won't ever be ordering again

I ordered a huge box of supplies for my sons third birthday. I ordered using next day delivery but this was delayed so came two days after opposed to one. Not a major issue, if they didn’t miss items from our order. They missed our pre filled party bags and a few other items and the happy birthday banner balloon was faulty and the two p’s where faulty meaning they wouldn’t inflate so we couldn’t use the entire banner unless we wanted it to say hay birthday! If we had received our order next day as we paid an additional £8 for then we could have notified them that items where missing and they could have replaced them by the day of the party. Unfortunately the items where received the night before the party so there wasn’t enough time to get a replacement from the company. I contacted them when I realised items where missing and I have yet to get a response, this was 3 working days a go! Despite the invoice stating they had packed and I had paid for these items, they where not there. I had to throw a party a game short and without party bags and fillers! Had a disappointed three year old! Won’t be ordering from them again.

Completely disappointed with the service. Purchased birthday decor/supplies for my nephews 4th birthday party where I paid for express delivery (£6!) to then receive someone else's order the day before the party. I was then reassured my order will be resent and that I would receive my order by 'guaranteed delivery by 1pm' the next day (on the day of the party) which didn't arrive. We were left without decor, gifts etc. Shocking service and would advise others not to order from here!!

Fantastic business, always the first place I go to for our children's parties. Have used them for going on 8 years, always brilliant service and quality products.
