I was urged by my specialist to find a new GP due to fears of unsafe practice. As you can imagine this is a terrifying thing to be told about your Doctor, who you have to trust to have your best interests. Whilst I found the head Doctor rude I never expected to be told it was unsafe to remain a patient, especially by a specialist.

I've been at this practice for just over two years. I've had help but I've also felt a lot of the time that I have not been given the best help. I have been out of work with severe Depression and anxiety, but my condition and medication has not been monitored and I've been left to it. Also, on one visit, a doctor could not find my medical notes from my previous practice, but found notes from doctors since I'd been at Eric Moore, one of which I was noted as a "problem child" as an adult, with genuine illnesses.. I was mortified! Had a smear that was obviously not done to the best of their ability and had to go back for a second. And now, I rang twice this week for an appointment at the Jubilee practice and was told there was non available as now there are no doctors on site, all doctors are now at the Medi centre on Tanner's lane.. so all of us patients that find convenience in having the jubilee practice now have to suffer or cannot get to a doctor! Appalling. I will be leaving this surgery and moving to another practice.

Most friendly staff I have met. always happy to help me with any enquiries I have had, I have always got appointments on the day I have requested . It is the only practice I no of that is open from 8am till 8pm . For me as a working person this allow me to be able to work and go after my working day (without losing pay) My Doctor has become a friend as well as my doctor , who I trust as he understands me as a person not a number on his computer he has seen my children as baby’s now adults and he actually remembers them I like the face to face consultation I have with my doctors. Doctor Kumar has put a lot of time into the new surgery and continue to provide a running service the new building is just fantastic and relaxing I like the music playing in the waiting area it relaxing there plenty of notice on the display screen and information . May I add that I have seen other doctors at the practice and all very good as are the nursing staff.

Good team of doctors nurses and receptionists. It’s a Shame that the only ones who seem to give a review are the ones who have an axe to grind. For every 1 disgruntled reviewer I am confident that there are 99 very satisfied patients. One of the Best GP practices in the Town centre and North of warrington.

Wait times are ridiculous. If you have an appointment at a set time, expect to wait over an hour if not close to 2 longer in some cases. Wife went with baby and waited over an hour, past the set time and the baby is 8 weeks old! Poor poor poor service. Would recommend anyone to sign up elsewhere and if you are registered here to look somewhere else. Doctors also seem to know nothing and check books or google for a soultion. Pretty sure im a doctor because i can also google a diagnosis too :/ Nothing can be worse. Stay away!
