Our party was on 2 different tables so couldn't see them or speak to them. I couldn't eat my food properly because my party members kept on elbowing me in the face due to no space on the table as we had been crammed on a round table. We were all early to our booking, But waited an hour for food,we got there for 18.50pm our booking was 7 till 10 we didn't eat until 8.25, Then the soup was cold and had meat init so very worrying, starters where okayish.. the mains where awful.. the duck was burnt. The seaweed tasted awful as they used burned oil to cook it. The food was just the worsed Chinese food ive ever had, There was a Scouse girl, who was serving she was lovely and so helpful but rushed off her feet trying to please everyone with drinks orders etc, poor girl.. the other staff were rude rolled there eyes at us, they spoke to me and my family and friends like crap, threw food to us as we had a large dish in the middle of the table like we were animals, then a young girl ingnored me, when I shouted her over for help to get more food as there wasnt enough brought out for all of us, our friends were sat with no food for another 30 mins as they didn't want starters.. so we had to eat while they had nothing.nThe whole night was ruined, it was our friends birthday and mine and my husband's wedding anniversary.nIt cost alot of money and we paid it but , I should've just walked out.. I won't be returning here ever again and if you are reading this beware..

Starter soup was the best part of the meal. Food was warm not hot. Main meal very small portion. Egg fried rice stodgy and clumpy looked disgusting, small bowl brought out between 6 people. Food was not hot at all. The restaurant itself freezing cold, people were sat round in their coats. I had a thick polo jumper on with a vest top underneath and was shivering. The food didn’t even warm me up as that was lukewarm. Expensive meal to eat warm food and sit in the cold. Friendly staff though.
My sister has terminal cancer and it is her last birthday so we all decided as a family 23 of us to book for a birthday meal for her. We booked for 5.30 because there was three young children coming thinking we would be home for 730 but sadly we hadn’t even had a waiter take our orders for our main meal by 7:30. We complained numerous times by this time the children were restless the reply we got was they said that we had booked to many people but they took the booking and deposit so knew what was booked at the time of booking . We complained and we’re giving it half price but to be fair three people walked out paying full price from the family rest of the family refused out of principle. My sister was in tears and is very upset We ended up paying 50% of the bill which to be honest with you they didn’t deserve the 50% . The manager was not there and I asked for his email and basically given the run around. I knew that he was stalling as he did not want to give it to me. I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant.
Overall we enjoyed our experience here. 5 adults for my daughters 21st, she really loved it. Nice atmosphere. Service excellent. The soup hot n sour was delicious and so was the platter, duck and pancakes. The main meal was just ok. Banana fritter was on the small side.. like half a banana. I would recommend this place to anyone, because we did have a nice time.
