Appalling place. Un organised. Un welcoming. How they expect someone to get well in a place resembling a prison , is beyond me. No facilities for visitors. Expected to sit in dining room with other patients wandering in and out.. not very compassionate towards patients. Place needs total over haul, refurbishing and better organised staff.

Okaii except - was distressed and upset and was ignored . Sat and cried as only 14 . Excellent staff got the help I needed and a huge thank-you to parklands for making me the person I am today 😇
