gave papas another chance after going back to flames and I've just been reminded why i went back to flames i waited over a hour for soggy chips with cold donnor meat covered in barely edible salad on top of it with out the sauce i asked for. The lettuce was the colour of mushy peas, the only thing that was alright was the chicken. I will be going to flames in the future where the food is more consistent.

Has this been taken over ????? Quite possibly the worst burger and shawarma kebab I have ever had. Bloody awful xxxx

Probably the most unsatisfactory take away I've had. After waiting over an hour for delivery. The curry tasted of nothing and the lamb had no taste either. Just lumps of chewy fat with huge chunks of onion. Really won't be ordering again.

Just had a delivery the pizza was practically cold so had reheat through my oven I ordered salad which came on top of the chips at first sight I thought it was mushy peas it was just slop! Yuck chips were cold too, the garlic bread was doughey an onion rings wilted when you picked them up the whole meal was unedible the cheese used is that cheap processed stuff that has never seen milk. I rang to advise them of the poor quality an was told "im not being funny duck! but they have never had any complaints before! Well take a look at the reviews they were very rude to me on the phone when i was not, I wasn't after a refund I just wanted to let them know how awful it really was. Well I wont ever be giving them my business again

Ordered cheeseburgers and chips tonight , whilst the food is always fan and tastes good , I was disappointed that the burgers and the packaging were flattened ! So our burgers and chips were all squished ! We are regular customers so bit disappointed .
