I cannot believe the depths this establishment has sunk to. Did you know OIL comes from CHICKEN?No nor did I! First time in around 3 years I’ve had food from them and I expected food quality of the same standard as years gone by. NO chance, huge let down. My korma and rice were just warm. Popadoms were dry not crispy; the ‘sides’ have gone down in quality a lot; Chapatis were dry around the edges; The dopiaza was 3 mls deep in oil~Gross. So we ring to give feedback to be told ‘the oils from the chicken, if you don’t like my curry’s there’s nothing I can do’. How rude. I could say more but I think you get the picture. There are plenty of other places worthy of your custom, this place definitely isn’t.

Aishah stands out head and shoulders above the sea of mediocre Indian food restaurants and takeouts in the Alsager area - and I have tried most of them. The food is reasonably priced, and tastes fresh and good. This is a good quality British Indian Restaurant style take-out. The dhal dishes are well prepared, tasty, and don't taste like they've been kept warm for a week. The breads are excellent, good chapatis and the parathas in particular are the way they should be - delicious, hot, flaky and not at all greasy. Fast service, too, but I've only been there at quiet times. Four star ranking against good city Indian takeouts but 5 stars among the Alsager ones.
