Just went to papajohns to get a pizza as it is snowing. I was turned away by staff telling me they are closed. Time is 19:20 pm. When i asked why, they told me because the road has snow outside so they cant do deliveries. I leave assumptions to you. Im at pizza hot express now. These people are still here working.

First time ordering came within 20 minutes rememberd all the extra dips I paid for unlike most pizza delivery services pizza came lovely and hot so did all my sides and remmebered my drink will be ordering again from here thank you! -katie

Amazing to see so many poor reviews? Have now used on three or four occasions and they are consistently very good! Hot Pizza delivered in good time and the drivers are always very polite. So much better than Dominoes in Guildford!

Runs ok for a few weeks then they send out a delivery driver who thinks taking pizzas out of the bag is 'doing me a favour so I don't have walk to his car to collect my order'. Really? The guy 'in charge' at the store had an attitude to match the driver's-both rude. Listen up people. Pizza bags are designed to keep food hot, even when you are too stupid to read additional delivery instructions added to help you. This happens way too many times so time to find another pizza company. Customer service phone number is 50p a minute so they run your nose in it if you have the audacity to complain. ZERO STARS if I could. I think they get their customer service training from Basil Fawlty.

Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. The pizzas we have just received were under cooked. Dough still raw and shop manager said no refund would even send someone to inspect. Bad pizza bad service, will never order again!
