I ordered for first time and everything okay, good quality price, I tried 2 15"pizzas, nuggets and garlic and cheese breads, I recommend to try Bismarck Pizza. Delivery quick with ubereats.

Terrible experience. They did not even bother delivering my pizza because I have a house name, and not a house number. When I called to check on the delivery, I was very rudely told off for putting an incomplete address, which I did not, and for having a wrong phone number, which I also did not do. In fact, shortly after the pizza was delivered I got a text from Just Eat saying that they were unable to contact me so clearly they had the right number this whole time. I was even berated for having written very precise instructions on how to find my house, saying that it was "not good enough" but there is no more detail I can give. The delivery driver was very nice but the worker on the phone was awful and I will never order from here again.
just ordered for the first time ever, tonight and i have to say that the pizza is delicious! I wanted a cheaper alternative to Dominoes and Pizza hut as Dominoes have screwed us around so much i refuse to order from them anymore and pizza hut I feel the pizzas aren't that great for the ludicrous prices. Thought I would give Red Planet a go and am so glad i did! Pizzas arrived within 45 minutes respectable and realistic piping hot and gorgeous. I ordered the medium deal which gives you two mediums for £14.99 which is amazing. The man on the phone was so polite and helpful too, the service was brilliant. Would highly recommend the Guildford branch : very happy customer and no need to order from dominoes or pizza hut again!
I ordered an extra large pizza at 4.40pm today and was advised by e-mail it would be delivered between 5.05pm and 6pm, 6pm arrived and still no pizza so I phoned and was assured my pizza would be no more than 2 minutes. My pizza arrived at 6.25pm, only just warm and burnt. Will not use Red Planet Pizza again!
Absolute disgrace!! Delivery didn't come!! Apparently the driver couldn't find my house even though it's pretty obvious which house was mine since it was past midnight and we was the only house with lights on! They also said 'they knocked on number 34's door' which is a lie cos my classmates live at number 34 and they said no one knocked on their door!! They are a bunch of lying selfish **** I bet they just wanted to eat the pizza for themselves when they finished their shift! Their customer service is just appalling! I was not happy being talked to that way down the phone! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE... It's better to go for pizza hut, or dominoes! A place where customers come FIRST!
I ordered a meal deal and the pizza was cold when it got here, they gave us wrong ice cream and it had been defrosted and re frozen so rang up and they said they where going to put on system for a new one next time we order! So I ring up and there is no sign of complimentary ice cream on system. The man on the phone said he would give me one if I spend over £15 I said okay but I'm going that any way. Go and say I want deal 2 he said I'm sorry I can't do that is a deal ! I said it's over £15 you didn't say there where any exclusions!! So angry as use this place all the time!! Not anymore rude staff and no manners !!
Ordered twice from here now and the first time the pizza took 2 hours to get to us. The second time they charged me for extra toppings and then didn't put them on. Rung them to say my pizza isn't right and they were unapologetic and it was all out fault. The staff who work there need manners and I will never order from here anymore.
IT SHOULD BE GIVEN MINUS 5 STARS!!! My chef brother also found out the most disgusting thing - they are illegally using PORK instead of BEEF in their crispy shredded beef!!!! LYING TO CUSTOMERS in broad daylight!!! Here are the reasons why: 1 the person on the phone had no idea what he was talking about and he tried to force me to buy more food from them which i find enormously rude 2 my delivery was 1 HOUR later than it was supposed to be 3 my pizza was stone COLD when it arrived and unbelievably they have given me the WRONG pizza!! 4 when i called back to ask the manager to have a new one delivered the man on the phone was extremely RUDE and refused to admit that he has made a mistake! i did not even receive a refund from this takeaway My chef brother also found out the most disgusting thing - they are illegally using PORK instead of BEEF in their crispy shredded bee!!!! LYING TO CUSTOMERS in broad daylight!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
