Generally poor service, refuse to refund when unhappy with food, orders usually received with missing items, food arrives cold. Have given the place a few chances but will not use again. I'd recommend not using them.

1st time I've ordered papa John's and I'm pretty sure that it will be my last time! pizza quality is very poor compared to the rivals dominos and pizza hut and the potato wedges was half row and cold like they're pizza! the only thing I'd enjoyed was the pepsi! avoid to spend your money here.

Great customer services every single time. All my orders have been delivered in prompt time-even during the night it was snowing not long ago-and genuinely, it is the only place I now order for pizza & chicken.

I've been ordering from this Papa Johns for over five years. In all that time, I've always received quick, as-advertised, great pizza! And as far as pizzas go, there are few that are as tasty and equalled as that which Papa John prepares. They also have numerous offers on hand for those who are watching their pennies. Highly recommended.

This location has consistently messed up my order. They delivered garlic sauce with garlic sticks when it clearly states on the website they come with pizza sauce (I called and confirmed, and still got garlic sauce). Another time I ordered honey and mustard sauce as extras, and then called to ensure I would get pizza sauce with the sticks, and never receive my extra sauces -- I asked for the money back and the person on the phone said "there is no point for only £1.50" and was argumentative. Very disappointing.
