Used this restaurant a few times for ordering pizza. The two last times, the experiences weren't good at all. App with the notifications not coherent with what's going on at the restaurant. The second time waiting time was nearly two hours, order was wrong. Too much hassle for a simple and very mediocre pizza order. Had much better Domino's elsewhere. Service needs to be improved before I'll use it again.

If i could rate this store 0 stars i would... i ordered two vegetarian pizzas, the cheese was off, the vegetables were not edible and jalapenos were extremely salty. I phoned the store and the manager asked what was wrong with the pizza, i explained the problem but obviously he did not believe me. He said everything was fresh but i know that was not the case because i am a cook myself. He tried to teach me what fresh food is. I order regularly from dominos and i am very disappointed with the appauling customer service, the manager was extremely rude and did not want to give a refund. Apparently they have to inspect the pizza. I can say much more but i do not want to carry on, i feel sick. I will never be ordering from there again and i advise people not to buy from the EAST HAM branch. I have already complained to the head office and trading standards. Dominos should look into this because these little franchisees are giving Dominos a bad name.

Extremely bad service. System was showing that the pizza was on the way for more than 30min, pizza arrived cold obviously. Driver confirmed another pizza would be sent to me but obviously because its so late, when i called, the person over the phone said "its too late we are closing now". Both the driver and person over the phone were very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst service Ive ever seen. Never again

Ordered in advance (3 hours earlier) scheduling the delivery using the website, and was tracking the order. The order showed to have been delivered, even so it wasn't. Called the East Ham Domino's Pizza to find out what's going on, and they told me that the pizza was going to be delivered in 2 minutes (more like 20+ minutes). The Driver (motorbike rider) delivered the pizza 25 minutes late, and instead of apologising for the delay, he asked if I wanted to get fat!?!?! what a joke. Please don't recruit stand up comedians to deliver your food, fix your tracking system and be more efficient in delivering the orders on time. I have used other branches and they are all better than this one..

Wedges weren't fully cooked and customer service was so very poor, driver made some nonsense saying they can not deliver to your front door at night time, it maybe dark but it isn't night and since when did that rule apply?! Called the store and they just contradicted themselves. Worst place to ever order from! I wouldn't highly recommend this store to anyone!
