Good service, usual McDonald’s addictive food as expected. There was nonWait and our food was served quickly and politely.nnThe only negatives were that the children were disappointed that the play area was closed and that the delivery guys should be told to take care when using the onsite toilets. We went in and had to give them a wipe for the kids and in between a delivery driver visited and made a horrible mess.
My review sent to customer services about the resteraunt in the evening.nnYour restraunt has a second floor, which has the toilets on it and after about 6pm this gets closed off by a peice of furniture barring access. Everybody then is left to use the diabled toilets which gets very dirty!nnOften there is no cleaner in the evening, ive seen bins all full inside the restraunt, rubbish left on the tables and tables not being cleaned. This macdonalds is appallingly run compared to the one just a few miles away in Farnborough Gate. Do you have any quality standards or do unannounced inspections after normal working hours because you will see how dirty your company can be.
Went into the macdonalds ordered for, meals for myself and the wife then a desert, followed with a meal for my child, which we took away. Service was slow but ok on the hotest day of the year, was feeling well. Left after 100 minutes along with a 100 pound fine for parking. Please dont take your family there as you will be scammed by this company. And for a company the size of macdonalds with all transactions made using their app, i think its appalling thatvthey couldnt void the fine. The ultimate looser is macdonalds as i will delete the app and never use them again.
This McDonald’s seriously needs investigating.nnThis is now the third time I’ve redeemed my McDonald’s Rewards points for free items, and every single time the freebies have been missing from my order. It doesn’t feel like a coincidence anymore.nnTo make matters worse, there’s no proper way to contact customer service through the McDonald’s app, and Uber just tells you there’s nothing they can do. So you lose your food and your hard-earned points with no real support.nnWhat’s the point of collecting reward points if they just disappear? It honestly feels like they’re taking your points and hoping you won’t bother chasing it up. Sort it out.
As McDonalds go this is actually a fairly good one, obviously my burger didn’t look anything like the picture, but that is just standard from a Maccy D’s.nnMy only complaint was that the fries weren’t full, this is just annoying and something that should just happen naturally especially as they cost them nothing in the first place.nnStaff were friendly, the place was clean, they even had some fairly cool furniture including a sofa by the window that was actually quite comfy.
