Stayed in Farnborough for a night, decided to go to the Beefeater. Really good food and even better staff, didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Good value.

Customer service was super good Grace served us she was lively and really good with us However the food we ordered rib eye steak was burnt crisp Every mouthful was bitter when we ordered medium rare which is supposed to be juicy. However overall Grace was really good and gave us another better cooked steak.

Stayed in the premier inn next to it. Walked in at 6pm and was asked if we had booked a table which we had not. Bare in mind out of 20 tables in the restaurant two were taken. I did ask the guy twice and told him we would be quick still no sorry. So we ate at the bar me my wife and daughter all ordered steak two were terrible one was edible. Sent the two back after 20 minutes the guy came back with just a new steak on the plates nothing else which I know he was embarrassed about so he said I will get you some more veg. After another 10 mins veg came and it was wrong so after all a total evening meal nightmare. Picked at what we could as we were hungry come 7.45 walking out still only 3 tables taken out of 20+. Will not be returning save money and time go next door to the McDonald’s.

Disgraceful. Rude sarcastic waitress, 35 minutes wait for a drink because "She's got other tables to deliver to". Wrong orders for us and other people and you have to pay to park here! I'm not normally one to complain but this Steak Restaraunt is a joke. You can cook a better steak at home!

Slow slow slow. Place was half full and felt confident 90 minutes would be ample ahead of our film starting at the nearby Vue cinema. Seated very quickly and drinks ordered. After 20 minutes chased up drinks order and then ordered meal. After 30 minutes the started arrived which was OK. After an hour and 15 minutes main dish arrived. We paid at same time and had to rush before leaving quickly. The place looks decent but no staff. Shame as it seems from other reviews this wasn't an isolated recurrence but a theme.
