Absolutely appauling! I ordered dinner for myself and my 3 children a few months ago and the food was late. When I phoned they told me they were a driver down and the food is on its way. Tonight I ordered and again, food was over half hour late after the 1 hour delivery time and the store told me they were a driver down but the driver told me no there was an accident which caused the lateness. There is no need to lie at all, we all know how accidents can cause delays and I wouldn't have minded otherwise. My daughters sausage was dry, chips had no salt and vinegar when I specifically asked and my fish was minimal in comparison to batter and taste. The staff on the phone were very abruptly blunt and not helpful at all.
Unfortunately I have to give a number of stars but if possible I would award 0 stars and I wouldn't ever recommend this shop at all.

Lovely customer service just had a meal now and my kids had the fish bite meals absolutely amazing and the size portions are outstanding such good quality food well worth every penny. Highly recommended for those who love a good fish  and chips

Excellent fish and Chips usually cooked as you order   only ever had 1 poor piece of fish nearly all batter and dried fish, why only 4 stars given.

Ordered 17.30 on a Friday. 25 minutes later three piping hot portions of fish and chips delivered to my door. Wow amazing service
