The young girl wasnt helpful at all felt I was a bother to her she had no interest in my purchase at all alful experience would never go back to newry store again there was a girl in back which couldn't be bothered to help young untrained girl disgusted to say least
Lovely pieces and really good prices especially for the quality you get. I've had necklaces out of there for over a year that I wear regularly. Only thing you would need to change is the chain as it can go dull but everything else about the pieces are lovely. Really great for quick wee presents that look expensive but you don't need to splash out on
Very bad service and very rude
My bridal set was bought from warren jamesin 2016 a stone fell out of the engagement ring so I took it back to the shop to see if it could be fixed the warranty had just run out, so I offered to pay to get it fixed and was told that it was a limited edition by a member of staff in the shop and it couldn't be fixed, and to this day the bridal set is still up for sale...and should I add that we payed less for what its been advertised now... I'm very dissatisfied with the company and still without an engagement ring...
Bought a ring it rusted cause its not sterling silver i was refused a refund wont be buying out of here anymore
