Great store. Brilliant selection. Friendly staff. Great sale. I was looking for a pair of non skinny black jeans. They had 8 pairs for me to try. Every other shop I'd tried had only skinny jeans

Rarely id give anything 5 stars but the girls in this store are just fabulous. They are always so nice when i go in and Arlene is amazing. She has helped me find fits and styles that i would never have gone for before. Thanks ladies, keep up the good work

Arlene assisted me to pick out a out fit. She allowed me to try on loads of dresses. She was very calm honest and friendly not to mention great craic. I didn't know Arlene but by the time I left the shop I felt like I knew her from long time ago we just clicked. Arlene told me straight out if a dress suited me or not and also she wasn't pushy to buy a product it was up to me to pick what item i bought which would be the one i liked the most.  The parking was easy  and the centre is spotless. Can't wait to go back to Arlene to pick out another outfit for any occassion coming up. Pamela Scott are lucky to have Arlene working for them in the Pamela Scott store in Castletroy. I can only imagine the craic the girls in the shop would have with her on a day to day basis. Very easy going down to earth what you see is what you get A1 of a personality and customer friendly. See you next time Arlene.

Lovely shop Staff very helpful

Just waiting to be served here today behind an elderly lady who was returning an item, both a staff member and possibly the Manager were dealing with her in a very rude way, the staff member was looking at her as if she had two heads and wasn’t a bit interested in what she was trying to explain where as the manager was horrible to her, I turned on my heels and walked out and I certainly will not be going back there again,

My mother and sister visited this Store today , we had such a positive experience the girls were so lovely especially Annemarie , totally recommend this Store

If I could give zero I would- standing at till to buy a jumper €80! shop assistant at till sees me coming and walks away.
