Ridiculous place. They still haven't Dior homme sport 2021. Soon will be a year since they've been released Also lady there can't see diffr ence between Dior and Chanel brand. Both are homme sport so what's the problem

I have been purchasing from The Perfume shop in the Crescent shopping centre for 12 yrs, I always dealt with Grace, who was outstanding, Since her unfortunate departure I have been lucky enough to deal with Rachel. Rachel is excellent and a credit to the store. She is obliging, Personable and professional. Nothing is too much bother, and she goes above and beyond. I am in retail myself for over 25yrs, so I am aware of the difference great staff make to the customer experience.  Also great value and product choice

the store was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, i was mainly dealing with a young blonde girl who helped me pick out a perfume and showed me what she would recommend, she was nice and very helpful. will definitely be back!

I went in-store to the crescent shopping centre perfume shop as I had tried to order online and there were problems.as usual my two favourite perfume experts were working.Rachel and Nadia doing what they do best.Under pressure and handling it as they do, with a smile.Rachel looked after me today and as always was just fantastic.i purchased 4 items and all were gift wrapped, while we were discussing new perfume and aftershave offers.These two girls are just brilliant and so nice,and Rachel even remembered a perfume I had been waiting for previously,and gave me an update.She is so good at her job and just so lovely to deal with.This is the reason I continue to return to the crescent store.and no,we are not related but good work and lovely staff should be recognised.Give these girls a pay rise,they deserve it

Sales woman making me extremely  inconfortable. She was AROUND ME AND LOOKING at me the WHOLE TIME. When I go to see something I like to see it in peace. I have been 3 times and the 3 times I was UNLUCKY to see the Same WOMAN so the 3 times I didnt buy what I wanted. She is rude, didn't like her at all.

I met a very happy nice young girl in your store at the Crescent Soppping centre. She was most helpful

The elderly lady behind the counter is completely rude.  I also have the impression that she treats foreigners 'differently'.
