The customer assistance with short hair was disgusting! We waited in a queue for 20 minutes and she doesn't want to assistance us.
Staff are so polite and friendly. Excellent customer service
Excellent service only sorry I didn't ask the Lady her name, I think she may be the manager from what was said in conversation. Very helpful deciding on sizes, and what type of products to choose, and a discount on certain items at the end. No queueing, Very, very pleased.
Store was empty, 2 staff members. Not very helpful
Really liked the customer service and products, the women who served me and my mum was super nice and engaging. Appreciate the quietness of the location compared to the Westfield Branch.
Visited here to view some items to purchase if suitable unfortunately none of the two staff bothered to ask if I needed help so I took my custom and cash to Romford branch. A very snooty woman works here, possibly the manager, who always makes me feel uncomfortable and like I shouldn't be there.

Don't understand why it takes six weeks to fix a bracelet
Sales woman may have been the manager rude and clearly judgemental of customers, attitude clearly rubbing off on staff!! Absolutely no interest in aiding sale, I requested I look closer at a number if items I'd planned to purchase for a birthday present which just seemed to much effort, she rushed me out the store! Completely unfriendly and defo in need of some customer service training. Made me feel I was judged and wasn't worth assisting and I was wasting her time, I left the store frustrated and upset. I strongly suggest senior management take a look at the lack of customer service being provided in the store. Even to crack a smile seemed like to much effort for this particular woman. NEVER will I return to this store. The next day I'd made my purchase at the Romford store where the staff were kind and attentive and much more deserving of receiving my money.
Amazing customer service The lady who dealt with us was so lovely and very friendly and dealt with our every need to high satisfaction Got a such an excellent offer and left the store feeling very satisfied and happy Would highly recommend
