Great service. Even though I had to wait for the manager's assistance for my shopping requirements. The staff were very helpful and my experience was very pleasant. Thank you.

They had good deals. If we buy four items, we have to pay for three. Certain products, when we buy one the second one was half price. One thing I noticed was that the designs of kids' hair accessories haven't changed much over the years.

I don't think their trained to do ear piercing. We did our daughters ear piercing 9 months ago, she cried after getting her first ear done and so the staff struggled to get the second one done. Eventually she got a colleague to do it. After it was done we asked her why is that last ear piercing so low, they advised that when she grows older it'll change and look better. This was all gibberish, turns out they aligned it incorrectly and refused to fix the issue. I now have to look into getting another ear piercing done for my daughter. Not worth taking the risk here.

My little one was unwell and had been asking for the lip gloss so I went to the Ilford branch. V nice sales assistant helped me locate the ones little one wanted. Great service and an asset to your company

Wow I couldn't stop myself writing this review. When i read one bad reviews I was very skeptical to go for my 2years daughters ear piercing but I did go thinking of other few reviews. They were absolutely amazing and it was done very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy and Would highly recommend.

Excellent service very nice people

Both my daughters had their ears pierced here. The lady that dis them was very nice and the Manager was really friendly too sje took a personal interest in the job. All the staff their were friendly and made you feel comfortable being there.
