Not very trustworthy, it be worth shopping around before finalising a purchase with them. Overcharging is very common with purchase. Even for online prices for gold bars.
HORRIBLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. I bought 2 sets of bangles from this jewellers in March , one for my daughter and another set for myself. After 2 weeks of owning and having only put them on my daughter 3 times one of the claps on her bangle broke, this was no fault of our own and had to be taken in for repair. It is now June and I still do not have them back from ‘repair’ although I visited The store on various occasions and also made numerous phone call attempts. The next issue was with my own set of bangles which you can see from the image are now broken. BAD QUALITY is all I can say. I returned to the store for the third time since trying to recover my daughters bangles to show them what had now happened to mine and was told it must’ve been something I’ve done and it was my fault that both of the items I bought from them have been broken not because they’re ‘faulty’ The customer service is horrendous they are rude and completely unreasonable and even derogatory. Please save yourself the trouble in dealing with these COWBOY JEWELLERS. They deserve to be closed down as I’ve heard many bad reviews from various people who’ve bought from them in the past.

Amazing collection of gold jewellery, we bought our daughter a beautiful necklace and earring set for her birthday and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and sincere.
