Very professional approach to any kind of tattoo needs. Must say, I got more than I expected. Amazing work. The level of expertise of them, is impeccable.  The team at Steel Beauty is very friendly and it was a pleasure to get my first tat in UK, with them. Looking forward to another one. Cheers guys!!

Very happy with the service provided. I had my conch pierced by a gentleman called Sean. He was absolutely brilliant I’ve had no complications after my piercing and seems to be healing well. Just a question I would like to know what size the bar is Just so I can order the right size going forward when I decide to change? I will be visiting again. Thank you !

I've been going here since I was 18 and Sean has done all of my tattoos. Always love seeing him, he's Professional, knows what he's been doing and has been doing it for donkeys years. I always recommend Sean to everyone I know. My husband also gets his tattoos with Sean. Cannot wait to get paid and book some time in with Sean

Went in for a nose ring and was told they didn't have it in stock  Looked myself and found it! Went back a couple months later for the same one, only to be told its impossible I brought it from there. Was very rude and almost made me feel like I was crazy. I have the day and time and pictures of when I brought the nose ring yet the man insisted I didn't buy it from there  I've been going to steel beauty for for almost 15 years and I don't know who has taken over now but the customer service is astonishing in addition to the fact they don't know their stock. Sad to say I won't be going  there again

Really disappointed with my piercings from here. They were uneven, the piercer marked positions on my ears without measuring them and didn't even pierce on the areas that she marked. Also they used disposable piercing guns, which I have discovered professional studios don't use as they prefer to use needles. I called them and left a message hoping to hear back about if it would be possible to fix this, but received no response so I decided to leave a review.

Great experience for my first time, the shop was clean and tidy, Tea/Coffee provided, Sean the owner was spot on with my tattoo and Tyler done a great job on my piercing both very professional, My tattoo and piercing are both healing well with the after care they told me to do, highly recommended

I got my septum pierced here 8 months ago and the piercer was very kind too! I really love the septum piercing. I also have a question, what is the gauge of the septum jewel? I would like to know as I can wear different jewels of the same gauge. Thank you!

Worst hair colour I ever got! After one wash the roots are blonde rest of the hair is dark brown! I tried to contact them they didn't even bother to answer! Avoid!  EDIT: When I contacted the hairdresser in regards to the problem, the response I got after 3 days was "I don't understand why you washed it after one day". After that I was blocked like I was the one who's done something wrong.Have a look at the pic, that's how my roots look like after one wash,it's a joke  In response to owner's comment:  Your say it's a separate business, but if that's the case, why do you advertise on your door sign that you do hair and beauty? You're not doing yourselves any favours, get rid of them before they ruin your reputation, if what you're saying is true. "Hair Beautique" is nowhere to be seen as a business,  so how do i know you're not just looking for a way to excuse bad review? Is that even legit business?as far as i'm concerned, they're part of your salon, especially cause you advertise doing hair and beauty . I posted this review not out of spite,but to warn others,as I wouldn't wish on anybody what happened to me
