Love it here. All staff current and seasonal are lovely. Pandora is a product people want so expect to queue, it's called being patient, it's not hard, follow the sign and queue and wait for the assistant to apologise and ask how they can help you. Phone enquiries are always answered with care and complete helpfulness. They will even talk to you about your next wish purchase if your not flush with money, you get the same level of care if your buying or not. Finally ( yes I can hear you sigh) it's not a problem if you shove a screen shot of your choice of bead you want to purchase, they smile and say, walk this way!!

Came here as I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift for my birthday. Only went in for one charm and ended up coming out with 5! Paige was really helpful and helped me to decide on a good layout for my charms, she is a credit to your team.

Really disappointed today as googled the opening times and made a out of my way trip to visit the store. Once parked and walked to the store I was disappointed and frustrated it was closed for refurbishment ... Therefore the opening times are misleading and I think it should say you are closed untill reopening end of the mth I now have managed to find out ... Waste of a morning ... Frustrated ..

Long queue but really fast to work through. Lady we spoke too was lovely, chatty and efficient!

I had phoned ahead to check whether a particular item was in stock, which it was, so I reserved it. Got to the store where the queue was literally out the door. A staff member was going along the queue dealing with queries and although it was confirmed that the reserved item was at the till, we still had to wait half an hour to pay for it!! For a premium product at a premium price on a regular Saturday, this is appalling. Put the extra staff member on a till rather than going around talking to people!!
