The men's fitting rooms are an absolute shambles at the moment. You have to choose between having a curtain OR a seat. Not much fun when you are trying on pairs of trousers or jeans.

Because they are run on a self service basis, it is up to customers to put unwanted items on the appropriate rail. Inevitably some people hadn't complied with this.

The clothes weren't very stylish. Some of the tops had bizarre sayings on them in awkward English. One of the men who worked there smelled so bad that I couldn't even bare it. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Good selection of products, the staff seem friendly enough. Pretty standard matalan.

Nicely organised shop with great shopping experience.
I am always able to use my offers. They also have regular sales items for a reasonable price.
Big thumbs up to Jake who helped me with my discounts and making the shopping easier, the most helpful guy ever and definitely the employee of the month. Keep up the good work.

Pros : good staff and helpful, I came over and left a CV in regards to my job search.

Cons : the shop don't look very nice, well it is a Matalan shop so what should I expect? :P anyway I have not been contacted back for a Job. I don't like you anymore
