Excellent service, such friendly and efficient staff

I visited the Pandora shop in Foyleside Londonderry this morning , I wanted a bangle I bought repaired. The assistant could not be more pleasant and helpful to me when I explained the problem. She had absolutely no problem in replacing the bangle . What a great shopping experience I had this morning. Thanks for the professionalism and kindness at this Store.  Robert

Staff so rude!! Dont shop here! My Partner brought me here to get me a gift for my 30th birthday. We spent a few minutes viewing the items selecting which ones I wanted. The sales assistant approached us and proceeded to get the items I wanted. I picked a heart charm and wanted a clear diamond as that is my birthstone. The sales assistant then argued with me that it was not my birth stone.. Sapphire was... She said I was wrong and didn't even know my own birthstone and just ruined the whole experience. I left the shop feeling angry and humiliated. I would have walked out of the shop without purchasing anything except my partner was so excited about getting me a gift and was already nervous about wheather he had picked a good gift. My partner paid £250... I would have actually selected several more items had your staff member not been so rude! I will purchase online in future... Absolutely disgusted...
