Went in today to have a look at charms. Not happy with attitude with sale assistant so brought charm online. Made felt under pressure to know what I wanted straight away.

Called to the shop in Derry on 15th June 2020. The sales assistant went out of her way to help me. Beautiful jewellery and fabulous service.

Very awful experience. They sold me a faulty product and the manager refused to resolve this. Would not recommend purchasing in this store, terrible management in place!
