This is a belated review however my experience at Lunn's in Derry was brilliant. I purchased a gents Tag Heuer aquaracer and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eileen. This was the first time I had purchased an automatic watch as I have previously owned quartz, Eileen's knowledge of watches and customer service were exceptional on the day, will be back in the future. Thank you.

I had a lovely experience while in buying a present for my husband. All the staff members were very welcoming particularly Eileen who I dealt with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My Fiancé and I had the pleasure of purchasing my engagement ring here. Eileen made is feel so special and made the entire experience spectacular. I felt like a true bride to-be. We were shown an array of different rings and she answered every band we wanted. We got our photo taken on the day and framed, a glass of bubbly and a beautiful jewellery box and all. I couldn't recommend Lunn's and Eileen in particular any more.Thank you for an amazing ring.

Eileen took excellent care of me as I purchased a piece of jewelry to celebrate my holidays in Ireland. Very professional and had all documents to ensure I was making a safe and legitimate purchase. It would be a pleasure to do business with them again.

We went here to Lunne's in Shipquay Street in L/derry to get my engagement ring and I really can't recommend Lunn's jewellers highly enough, from the moment you walk in you are made so welcome and made feel so special. The way the staff treat you is second to none. We had Hannah that works there dealing with us and she's such a lovely girl and knows her stuff and goes out of her way to really help. The other staff in there bought us coffee with delicious cupcakes. Can't wait to get back when we have decided a date for our wedding to buy our wedding rings.

First class treatment - from the friendly staff on arrival, private booth, champagne, choice of quality rings, Eileen’s expertises, photos and gifts - More than what I had ever imagined picking my engagement ring would entail!  Eileen, thanks so much for your help and expertise during this process. You made me feel at ease and helped me choose my dream ring. I am totally in love with it and I can’t thank you enough  I highly recommend this store and Eileen for an enjoyable ring picking process!

So I recently went to Lunns to look at engagement rings. I have to thank Eileen for her help in this process, she has made it so enjoyable.  Her warm and friendly attitude put me at ease when picking. The quality of rings is amazing its like the diamonds are full of life. The variety was a lot to choose from but again Eileen helped me narrow it down to one. Her patience during my visits from picking the ring to taking it home made me feel confident in my choice. The incredible service from the complimentary coffee, champagne, gifts and photos where not expected and made the experience more personalised. Thank you for everything.

Need to add to the advertisement that they only change/ replace watch batteries for the “brands” they carry. Not sure how one would know that ahead of time so it’s very inconvenient if you make a trip on and find out your watch is not carried in house.

Just picked up my engagement ring today in Lunns Jewellers, Derry. I couldn't speak highly enough of our experience, from the minute we walked into the store my fiance and I were greeted by the very professional and absolutely lovely Joanie who couldnt have been more helpful in her knowledge and patience. Joanie really made it a great experience. Along with every member of staff we were in contact with, at each visit they were all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Lunns Jewellers Derry, especially after seeing how my engagement ring was presented and aftercare advice, just brilliant. We are looking forward to returning for our wedding rings.xx

I bought an engagement ring here just before Christmas and as I walked in I did not have a clue what I wanted. Eileen was a fantastic help, she gave me great advice and information throughout the entire process. She was extremely pleasant and patient and made it very easy to choose. Would definitely recommend going here if considering to buy an engagement ring.
