I blooming love Paddock surgery. I hesitate to tell you this because if you change your GP to this one I'll have more competition. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 mins for an answer and they're dead efficient when you do get through. Dr Tai is amazing. Dr Viswanatha is also awesome. An old friend works there, he's dealt with me too. He's also epic I maybe biased. Multiple visits this year, maybe 5. Never a bad time. 10/10.

This has been my GP since they had the old surgery in the Savile centre. The doctor's, nurse's and medical staff are caring, kind and considerate of your needs and my experience is they actually listen to you. I personally would recommend this surgery. Try to make appointments on line in advance otherwise it's can be a long wait at drop in first thing in the morning.
Absolutely shocking service. Try to call from 8.30am manage to get through 40 minutes later only to be told that there is no appointments left to speak or see my own gp but i can have an appointment from the health centre, what kind of surgery is this??? Used to be the best in Dewsbury not they are terrible, rude receptionists and the doctors I've spoken to don't have a clue
DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY CLUESLESS DOCTORS WHO GUESS AT TREATMENTS FORGET TO MAKE REFERALS GENERALLY INEPT, A SURGERY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. An absolute joke the incompinanes of a number of staff and doctors alike is unbelievable .78 year old mother had 2 strokes expected to do telephone appointment when we as a family have been intutch with them more than twenty times to get put on record that this is not possible as she carnt understand what there saying and finds it hard to proses a general conversation with family Face to Face
review not viable on this site ? what's happened to my review about the misinformation and arrogance I received from the receptionist at 12-15pm 06/01/20 ? This reception exists to assist patients not to make things more difficult than they need to be.
This surgery use to the best but now it is the worse avoid at all costs.
