I want to leave a review for Carron the nurse. She is amazing!! She always goes above and beyond for her patients and genuinely cares for them. She has looked after me for some time now but these last few years nothing has been too much for her, she is one of the most genuine, caring, professional people I know. A credit to the surgery and I know she is thought very highly of my her patients x
This GP doesn't even deserve one star, it's so difficult to get an appointment. Some, not all of the receptionist have no manners at all and are very rude and unfortunately the same goes for some of the doctors. Dr Zafar Arshid is very rude, some doctors just fob you off and don't listen to your needs. An absolute shambles of a GP practice, would definitely not recommend. Doctors are supposed to be there to help us, rather some of these doctors are rude and have no idea how to deal with patients. However Dr Ali and Dr Asmal are amazing.
I have found all the staff at both the brewery Lane Surgery & The Sidings very helpful. Dr. Shaikh who has been looking after my husband has done everything possible to help us. I feel we have been treat as individuals & not just a name or No.Both my husband & I appreciate everything that is being done.A big thanks to all staff.
Dr Asmal, the best doctor my family has ever had. We will never change our doctor to anyone because he is the best there is. He has helped all of my families problems and is in touch with out family. I have never seen Asmal not smiling, and is always working as a positive influence.
I wish I could leave a minus 1 star review for this shamble of a so called surgery!! RUDE CARELESS RECEPTIONIST! NEVER ANSWER PHONES!!! CARELESS DOCTORS WHO ARE ONLY THEIR FOR THE MONEY!! CLAIMING MONEY ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS FROM NHS, WHICH DOESNT EVEN GET SPENT ON PATIENTS!! AVOID!!!
In disregard to the appointment service, all I can say is that Dr Asmal our doctor has done nothing but help us our whole life. He has been in touch with how I’m doing in my studies and treats me like one of his sons.
My wife cathleen and I have been patients at brewery lane and the sidings surgery for many years. I have always received the best of care and respect from the doctors and staff.
I have given appointment with Dr Rauf. I told him I feel headache specially after food. He gave me eczema or skin spray. Try to avoid him if possible.
All doctors are amazing and are always ready to help. Reception staff are helpful and kind.
This GP doesn't even deserve a one star. The phone line has a very long delay, the receptionists are no help and very rude. Called in for a straight week and they kept saying they are fully booked out for the next 2 weeks, called in for an emergency appointment they did nothing and said they are fully booked out. At one point i was number one on the call waiting and it took 30 mins, i ended up going into the gp where they realised how frustrated i was so they answered the phone while i was there. they seem to be doing nothing with their time and getting paid stupid amount just for sitting around. Honestly appalling Gp practice, to say they take referrals from NHS when they cant even look after their own patients.
