Doctor Spencer is without doubt the best GP I have ever had. She always takes the time to actually talk to me. She is always supportive and actually listens which is all too rare these days considering the pressures of the NHS. I am always treated professionally by the staff and waiting times are good. Thanks to everyone at the Surgery.

Great service by eightlands but terrible parking i have a blue badge and sometimes have to park outside the building as all parking spaces are tsken and mainly abused have seen vehicles parked in disabled bays with no badge to make it worse delivery vans park in disabled bay's not on

Parking terrible / ridiculous No staff to ask for advice empty waiting areas and corridors have to find them behind closed glass windows Musculoskeletal Clinic a waste of time and effort don’t even bother to examine patients or listen even after constantly cancelling yr appointments👂!!

Absolutely disgusted. My son 7 years old got told to come here after Id phoned 111 as his temperature was way over, the male doctor we saw was very rude and told me to just take him home to bed because it's just a sickness bug but I'd explained he had not only been sick with a temperature but he had a pain at one side of his belly and he was feeling dizzy and saying his head was hurting all day which he rolled his eyes and shuck his head. When we stood up to leave my son passed out and hit his head on the wall then started being sick on the floor the doctor just watched and didn't help or say a word and the receptionist could only curse at me as he had got sick on the floor but stood back and watched him doing it and didn't offer to give us anything to be sick in. We ended up in pinderfeilds hospital that night we found out my son had to have his appendix out. so he has had his surgery and recovered quickly but if I had listed to that useless doctors I don't know what state my son would of been in leaving his appendix in. can anyone give me advise so i can report and how to find out the doctors name please. much appreciated in advance

All the doctors I saw are really nice, much better than my old practice and the building is new and clean with good parking
