Used this surgery for 10 years since I moved to Aber, it is a very modern premesis and has good parking.Have had some quite serious illnesses including hospitalisation and have always received excellent support from the surgery and the doctors.Sure it can be difficult to get appts I usually ask the receptionist if a Doc an call me back & they always do. Appts can run late which is annoying but how can everybody be treated in the same time, come on get real, these probs are not confined to Padarn they are typical across the country & we all know the reasons for that

Terrible. Everytime i hand in my repeat slip it gets 'lost' freequently have to go without because of this. Receptionists are vile, they speak over me and have even hung up on me several times. Have asked them a good ten times to send my meds to the pharmacy in town and each time they have forgotten. 

Doctors in there, once you actually manage to get a slot, are ok. However, i have seen one dreadful one when i went in saying my meds were making me suicidal, who told me i was just in a bad mood.

Absolutely disgusted.

Super hard to get appointments, then when you do they are waaaay after the time you were told. Just awful.
