I don't often leave reviews, but felt the need to after our amazing experience today with the Dentist and Dental nurse at North Road clinic today. My son had to have a tooth pulled out today after a traumatic experience in our usual Dentist. They made him feel so calm, and respected. The dental nurse was brilliant at talking to my son, and just brought a real calmness to the room which helped me and my nerves too! The Dentist himself was fab, funny, and had his tooth out in about 5 minutes without my son having any clue it had even been done! I can't thank them enough. Wonderful job and lovely people.
The Dental Nurse here is a real nusiance & chases people out of the surgery. Even if you are a Parent to your son/daughter. Can't wait to move to another Dental Practice!
Took small fry to eye clinic. Very thorough exam and explained all well.
